TurkishWIN x BAU Game Lab x UX Folks

With the talented UX Folks crew, we collaborated closely and thoughtfully to design a seamless and intuitive onboarding experience, carefully tailored to meet the unique needs of the diverse user groups of TurkishWIN with Bahcesehir University’s sponsorship.

This collaboration was was uniting 8000+ members, 1000+ participants and 2,5M+ reach from different TurkishWIN platforms.

Activities

Our activities included:

  • Conducting guerilla user research and interviews to understand the specific challenges and preferences of different user segments.

  • Mapping user journeys to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.

  • Creating wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize and test design concepts.

  • Facilitating workshop and feedback sessions with stakeholders and users to iterate on designs.

  • Implementing usability testing to ensure the onboarding flow is clear, accessible, and efficient.

  • Coordinating closely with the development team to ensure smooth implementation and functionality.

This collaborative approach ensured a user-centered design that enhances engagement and satisfaction for all TurkishWIN members.
